The Mas de Baumes is a historic building, once a home to noble glassmakers, which has been reinvented through the artistic spirit of Chantal and Stéphane Pénari, the interior decorators. It consists of a hotel, a restaurant, and a space to relax, the ensemble situated on a limestone plateau with majestic countryside extending in every direction.

The setting, the cuisine – inspired by both the region and the world -- and the local wines will enable you to discover this magnificent, secluded area that is nevertheless close to everything one may need!

Numerous tourist, artistic, and athletic activities are available, as well as the possibility of relaxing at the poolside, an extremely popular pastime during the hot summer months…

A space to relax was set aside for those who wish to enjoy a drink or a light meal while ensconced in comfortable armchairs, the music playing in the background adapted to the serenity of the setting. This area is reserved for people who happen to be strolling by and for guests wishing to enjoy an aperitif in the light of the setting sun.
